The Story Behind Agave Vice
Born from a shared love of creativity and craftsmanship, Agave Vice is the result of a collaboration between Master Distiller Sergio Cruz and Founder Jon Bullinger — a vibrant reinterpretation of tequila inspired by the bold spirit and aesthetic of the 1980s.
The label design by Morgan Bullinger, featuring original artwork by Mexico City artist Rodolfo Reyes, hides its retro-inspired imagery inside the label — visible only when the bottle is turned. This hidden detail transforms every bottle into both a tequila masterpiece and a collectible work of art.

Tasting Profile
Layers of cooked agave form the foundation, rich and earthy with a touch of caramelized sweetness. Vanilla follows, smooth and creamy, weaving seamlessly into subtle tones of tobacco, adding warmth and depth. Hints of plum and apricot bring a delicate fruitiness—ripe, slightly jammy, and balanced by gentle spice. A whisper of cinnamon rounds out the finish, leaving a lingering impression of sweet spice over a backbone of agave purity.
Our Story
Our tequila is a marriage of tradition and innovation, all handcrafted in small batches on our family estate in the Highlands of Jalisco. Naturally grown, our 100% blue agave is lovingly roasted and fermented alongside classical music and double distilled in copper pot stills.
