2 oz Yéyo Joven Sol
0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
0.5 oz honey syrup (or simple syrup)
Dash of aromatic bitters
Lemon wheel for garnish

Instructions:
Add tequila, lemon juice, syrup, and bitters to a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Garnish with a lemon wheel.

2 oz Yéyo Joven Luna
Soda water to top
Fresh lime juice (squeeze of 1/4 lime)

2 oz Yéyo Blanco High Proof
1 oz fresh lime juice
0.5 oz agave syrup
Salt rim (optional)
Lime wedge for garnish

Instructions:
Rim a glass with salt (optional). Shake tequila, lime juice, and agave syrup with ice. Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Blanco Breeze

Ingredients:
2 oz Yéyo Blanco
1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
0.5 oz fresh lime juice
Splash of soda water
Grapefruit slice for garnish

Instructions:
Shake tequila, grapefruit, and lime juice with ice. Strain into a glass with ice. Top with soda water and garnish with a grapefruit slice.

Reposado Reverie

Ingredients:
2 oz Yéyo Reposado
0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
0.5 oz simple syrup
2 dashes orange bitters
Orange twist garnish

Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled coupe or over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with an orange twist.

Ingredients:
2 oz Yéyo Joven Sol
1.5 oz pineapple juice
0.5 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz coconut water
Pineapple wedge garnish

Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.

Ingredients:
2 oz Yéyo Joven Luna
0.5 oz elderflower liqueur (like St-Germain)
Splash of soda water
Citrus twist garnish

Instructions:
Stir tequila and elderflower liqueur with ice. Pour into a chilled glass and top with soda water. Garnish with a citrus twist.

Blanco Picante

Ingredients:
2 oz Yéyo Blanco
0.75 oz fresh lime juice
0.5 oz simple syrup
2–3 fresh jalapeño slices
Tajín rim (optional)
Lime wedge garnish

Instructions:
Muddle jalapeño slices in a shaker. Add tequila, lime juice, and syrup. Shake with ice and strain into a Tajín-rimmed glass over ice. Garnish with a lime wedge.

The Weekend Pour

Like an Old Fashioned — but make it tequila.
Ingredients:
2 oz Yéyo Reposado
1 sugar cube or 0.25 oz simple syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Orange peel for garnish

Instructions:
Muddle the sugar and bitters in a rocks glass (or use syrup). Add ice and tequila. Stir gently and garnish with an orange peel.
